Revisit who you are, what you truly desire to do, and where you want to go. "Why am I committed to enthusiastically pursue new opportunities?" "Who are the resources, supporters and mentors of my God-given gifts and talents?" Questions like these will empower, encourage, and ultimately connect you with your vision. Get very clear. What is it that will give you the greatest fulfillment? Don't just think in financial terms. Think in terms of contribution, relationships and your personal values.
